Welcome to LONGTIEN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from LONGTIEN Trading Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại LONGTIEN), Tax ID 0319275672, 2nd Floor, 68 Nguyen Hue, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("LONGTIEN", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & scent descriptions

Our products are eau de parfum and fragrance discovery sets. Scent descriptions, note pyramids and "smells like" language are subjective and intended as a guide; how a fragrance develops depends on your skin, climate and application. Product photography is representative — packaging details such as wood-grain caps and hand-applied stamps vary slightly from bottle to bottle, and that is intentional.

All fragrances comply with IFRA standards and are manufactured under GMP. Please read ingredient information before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, flame and heat.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when you place your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that our fraud checks flag — and will refund any amount already charged.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and notify you before shipping.
  • Product availability and quantities per customer may be limited.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Import duties and taxes may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping, returns & credits

Shipping, delivery estimates, customs handling, returns, refunds and the Discovery Set credit are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Discount codes & credits

Discovery Set credit codes are single-use, valid for the stated period, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw promotions at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The LONGTIEN name, dragon-and-fairy crest, memory-stamp design, scent names, photography, copy and all other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to LONGTIEN and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to infringe others' rights; to transmit malware; to scrape, copy or resell Site content or products without authorisation; or to interfere with the Site's security or operation. We may terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

9. Third-party links & tools

The Site may include links to third-party sites or use third-party tools (payment, shipping, reviews). We are not responsible for third-party content or services; use them at your own discretion.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LONGTIEN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LONGTIEN against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Where you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by contacting us.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
