This Privacy Policy explains how LONGTIEN Trading Joint Stock Company ("LONGTIEN", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our newsletter or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed by our payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we automatically receive device information — browser type, IP address, time zone, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site — using cookies, pixels and log files. This helps us keep the Site working and understand what customers respond to.

Information from others. Our payment and fraud-prevention providers may share risk signals with us so we can protect you and the Site from fraudulent orders.

2. How we use your information

  • To fulfil orders — process payment, arrange shipping, send confirmations and tracking, handle returns and credits.
  • To communicate with you about your order or reply to your questions.
  • To screen orders for fraud or risk.
  • To send marketing emails ("Letters from Saigon") only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the Site, our scents and our service by analysing how the Site is used.

4. Who we share information with

  • Payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal) to process your payment.
  • Shipping carriers and customs brokers to deliver your order — they receive your name, address, phone number and the declared contents required by customs.
  • Email and analytics services to send communications you requested and to understand Site traffic.
  • Authorities when required by law, court order or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

LONGTIEN is based in Vietnam. Your information is processed by our service providers in the countries where they operate, including Canada and the United States (Shopify) and Singapore. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and where we have a legitimate interest (fraud prevention, Site improvement).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Everyone can unsubscribe from marketing at any time and request a copy or deletion of their data by emailing [support email]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required by Vietnamese tax and accounting law, and keep marketing preferences until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

8. Security

Payments are processed over encrypted connections by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We limit access to personal data to team members who need it to serve you. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect any misuse.

9. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Do Not Track

Our Site does not alter its data collection practices when it receives a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top shows the latest version.
