We want you to find the scent that feels like yours — which is exactly why the Discovery Set exists. Here is how returns, credits and refunds work.

The Discovery Set — try before you commit

Because fragrance cannot be returned once opened, we built the Discovery Set so you never have to gamble on a full bottle. Every set ships with a one-time $25 credit code valid for 60 days toward any full-size bottle — the set pays for itself. The Discovery Set itself is not eligible for return or refund once dispatched.

Return window

Full-size bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unopened, with the memory stamp seal intact, in their original art-paper wrap and packaging.

What cannot be returned

  • Opened, unsealed or used fragrance — for hygiene and safety reasons, and because a broken seal cannot be resold.
  • The Discovery Set and any sample vials.
  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email [support email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the intact seal.
  2. We confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back tracked. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fragrance is a regulated flammable liquid in transit — please use a carrier that accepts perfume and declare it correctly. We cannot accept responsibility for return parcels lost or refused by the carrier.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect items

If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong scent, this is on us. Email photos of the box, packaging and item within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, return the unopened bottle under the terms above and place a new order — or, if you started with the Discovery Set, simply use your credit code on the scent you prefer.

Cancellations & order changes

Orders can be cancelled or changed free of charge until they are dispatched (usually within 1–2 business days). After dispatch, the return policy above applies.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. If a refund is late, check your bank first, then contact us and we will trace it.

Sale items & promotions

Items purchased with a promotional code are refunded at the price actually paid. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
