Accepted payment methods

Checkout is powered by Shopify and accepts, depending on your region:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most debit cards
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (one-tap checkout)
• PayPal [anh xác nhận sau khi bật PayPal Express]

Currency

Prices display in your local currency where supported (USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AUD and more) and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Cards issued in another currency may incur a conversion fee from your bank.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If we cancel an order for any reason before shipping, the full amount is refunded automatically.

Security

All payments are processed over encrypted connections by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. LONGTIEN never sees or stores your full card number.

Payment declined?

• Check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address match your bank's records exactly.
• International purchases are sometimes blocked by banks as a precaution — a quick call to your bank usually clears it.
• PayPal requires the billing and shipping address to be in the same country.
• Try a different payment method, or refresh and start checkout again.
