Choosing a scent

I can't smell online — how do I choose?

Start with the Discovery Set: all five scents, 2 ml each, for $25 with free shipping. Inside is a $25 credit code toward your first full bottle, so trying costs nothing. Or take the 30-second scent quiz on the homepage.

How does the Discovery Set credit work?

Every set includes a single-use code worth $25 off any full-size bottle, valid for 60 days. Enter it at checkout. It cannot be combined with other codes.

How long do the fragrances last on skin?

Our scents are eau de parfum concentration. Most wearers report 6–8 hours, longer on fabric. Warm, gourmand scents like Bánh Mì Chấm Sữa tend to last longest; fresh tea notes in Trà Việt sit closer to the skin.

Are the scents unisex?

Trà Việt and Áo Dài are worn equally by everyone. Nàng leans feminine by design; Bánh Mì Chấm Sữa and Kẹo Bông Gòn are for anyone who loves warmth and sweetness.

Are your fragrances safe? Any allergens?

All formulas are 100% IFRA compliant and manufactured under GMP. Allergens present are listed on the packaging in line with international labelling rules. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test on the inner wrist first. See our IFRA & ingredients page.

Are they vegan and cruelty-free?

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — until it ships (usually 1–2 business days). Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I add items to an existing order?

We can't edit a paid order, but if you place a second order before the first ships, email us and we will combine shipping where possible and refund the difference.

Where is my order confirmation?

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there within an hour of ordering, email us — the address may have been mistyped.

Shipping & duties

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide from Saigon to every destination our fragrance-approved carriers serve. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us — we may be able to arrange it.

How long does delivery take?

Singapore/Malaysia 3–7 business days; Australia, Japan, Korea 6–12; US/Canada 7–14; UK/EU 8–15; elsewhere 10–20. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Possibly, depending on your country. Where our checkout shows duties, they're included and nothing more is due. Where it doesn't, your local carrier may collect import charges on delivery. We can't under-declare or mark parcels as gifts.

Why can't perfume ship by every courier?

Eau de parfum is a flammable liquid in transport regulations, so only approved services can carry it. That's also why we can't deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

My parcel says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with neighbours and your local depot, then contact us within 7 days — we'll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund confirmed losses.

Returns & credit

Can I return a perfume?

Unopened bottles with the memory-stamp seal intact can be returned within 30 days. Opened fragrance can't be returned for hygiene reasons — which is why we recommend starting with the Discovery Set. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

My bottle arrived damaged or leaking.

Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it in full — no return needed.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal, depending on your region. See Payment methods.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and charged in that currency. Your bank may apply its own conversion fee for cards issued in a different currency.

What name will appear on my statement?
